RANGE OF PRESUPPLIED TEMPLATES
Easy Plot is supplied with arrange of standard templates for paper sizes from A4 to A0 including both Landscape and Portrait orientations.
CUSTOMISABLE
If you have an existing plot or layout style you wish to use you may edit the templates using the standard Mapinfo layout editor
TEMPLATE FOLDERS
You may even create groups or folders so that different users have access to different templates and functionalities. For example in a local authority the planning department would use a different template to the council tax
BATCH PRINTING
If you need to produce a large number of plots, for example showing the land parcel for each property you own, or the coverage of a sales area, this can be a time consuming process without EasyPlot,in some cases this can take many days or weeks each year. But not with EasyPlot. Simply select the records to be plotted and EasyPlot will go ahead and produce plots and automatically print or save images, and all this can be completed in a matter of minutes
SHOW INFORMATION ON EACH PLOT
If each plot should have a specific title or other Information simply specify which fields contain the information and this will be displayed on each plot

ZOOM TO AREA OR CHOOSE SCALE
Each plot could either be zoomed to cover the selected area of interest or move to the centre of the area of interest at a fixed scale |

AUTOMATICALLY PRINT OR SAVE PDF
Plots can either be sent straight to the printer or saved as a PDF or other image format, in the resolution you require, with filenames you specify.

OTHER USEFUL FEATURES
Each plot may have grids and an OS Grid references (UK Only) and you may also choose to obscure features outside of your area of interest.

CREATE GRIDS AND OS GRID REFERENCES
Each plot may have grids and an OS Grid references (UK Only) and you may choose to offset the plot so that the corner of the map coincides with a grid corner
